Secure Your Future: The Retirement Confidence Roadmap for Greater Milwaukee

Discover how to create reliable income in retirement, reduce taxes, and avoid the biggest financial risks—without guesswork or high-pressure sales.

Most People Enter Retirement Without a Real Plan

If you’re like most people approaching retirement, you’ve done a great job saving—but you may still be wondering:
^
“Do I have enough to retire?”
^
“Will I run out of money?”
^
“Am I paying more in taxes than I should?”
^
“When should I take Social Security?”
^
“What happens if the market drops?”
The reality is, many pre-retirees – and even retirees – don’t have a true real strategy. And, because of this lack of clarity, they’re unsure and they don’t have peace of mind. They need assurance and guidance.

In fact, most people don’t have a comprehensive retirement plan at all—just a collection of accounts and assumptions.

A Complete Strategy for Retirement Confidence

Every decision—investments, income, taxes, investments, and legacy—working together in one coordinated plan.

Holistic Financial Planning

See the Full Picture of Your Financial Life

Most financial plans focus on just one piece of the puzzle—investments or insurance. But real planning requires everything to work together.

Our holistic approach brings all aspects of your financial life into alignment. This involves looking at your cashflow (budgeting), insurance (life, disability and long-term care), emergency reserves, debt elimination, investments (both growing and protecting) and estate plans. We look at all these areas as one coordinated strategy. The result is greater clarity, fewer surprises, and a plan that adapts as your life evolves.

Retirement Planning

Know Where You Stand—And Where You’re Going

As you approach retirement, the questions become more important—and more complex. It’s no longer just about growing your assets. It’s about making sure they last. According to a recent annual retirement study, nearly two in three Americans (64%) are more worried about going broke in retirement than dying.

We help you understand exactly where you stand today and what your future could look like under different scenarios. By modeling income, expenses, market conditions, and longevity, along with other risks like future healthcare events, we create a plan designed to give you confidence—not guesswork—as you move into retirement.

investment management Milwaukee

Active & Tactical Investment Management

Protect Your Portfolio Without Missing Opportunities

Markets are constantly changing, and a static investment approach may not be enough—especially as you get closer to or enter retirement.

Our approach to investment management is active and adaptive. We continuously monitor market conditions and make adjustments when needed to help manage risk while still pursuing growth. The goal is to help you participate in opportunities when markets are strong—and reduce exposure when conditions become more uncertain.

This is not like your typical buy-and-hold approach or simply diversifying, both of which have become the most common ways of managing risks in one’s retirement account. This is about having an investment strategy that is fluid and adjusts to market conditions, and can navigate even during severe downturns, with the purpose of helping you grow and protect your hard-earned savings.

Meet Chad & Nicole Albano

Helping you plan, protect, and enjoy your retirement

With more than 20 years of experience as a fiduciary financial planner, Chad Albano—along with his wife, Nicole—has built their practice around one simple philosophy: put clients first.

Chad specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate the transition into retirement, focusing on retirement income planning, investment management, and protecting what clients have worked so hard to build. Together, Chad and Nicole have created an approach centered on education, clarity, and long-term relationships—not transactions.

They believe that one of the greatest needs in financial planning is education. Whether working with someone who is just beginning to seek professional guidance, a family approaching retirement, or a successful business owner preparing for a future business transition or exit, their goal remains the same: help clients understand their options, simplify complex decisions, and provide the guidance needed to move forward with confidence.

Rather than focusing on products or quick decisions, Chad takes a planning-first approach that considers the whole picture—retirement income, investments, taxes, long-term care concerns, legacy planning, and the risks that can impact financial security over time. Their objective is to help clients create a retirement strategy that not only supports their lifestyle but helps ensure their money lasts throughout retirement while providing confidence and peace of mind along the way.

In addition to working with individuals and families, Chad also helps business owners and companies strengthen their retirement plans and address important planning needs such as succession planning, key-person protection, and employee retention. His background in corporate finance and accounting provides valuable insight into the challenges faced by business owners and management teams.

Based in Wisconsin, Chad and Nicole—along with their team—proudly serve clients throughout Oconomowoc, Delafield, Hartland, Pewaukee, Brookfield, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Madison, Lake Country, and communities throughout Wisconsin. While their roots remain in Wisconsin, they also maintain longstanding relationships with clients in the Chicagoland area, as well as many other states, including Texas, Florida, Colorado, California, Michigan, Virginia, Washington, Idaho, and Hawaii.

Chad serves as an Executive Director, shareholder, and Advisory Board member with Global View Capital Advisors. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and brings a unique blend of financial planning expertise and corporate finance experience, including more than a decade in accounting, tax, financial reporting, planning, distribution, and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping clients make informed decisions, build lasting financial confidence, and navigate retirement with greater clarity. As a fiduciary, his focus is simple: helping clients protect what they’ve built, create sustainable retirement income, and enjoy the years ahead with confidence.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Blank
Do I really need a financial plan or is what I have already enough?
Many people we meet have done a great job saving and investing—but don’t have a true, coordinated plan.

Having accounts and investments is not the same as having a strategy. A financial plan brings everything together—income, taxes, investments, and risk—so you can clearly see how it all works and whether it will support you throughout retirement.

Is there a cost to meet or get a second opinion?

No. Your initial consultation is at no cost and carries no obligation.

Here is what you can expect:

  • Clear Insights: We will review your current strategy and point out any blind spots.
  • No Sales Pitch: We are here to listen, educate, and lay out your options in a pressure-free environment.
  • No Hard Feelings: If you decide we aren’t the right fit, there are no strings attached.
  • A Plan to Keep: Even if we don’t work together, you will walk away better informed with a clear, personalized financial plan you can keep and follow.
What makes your approach different from other financial advisors?

We believe financial decisions are best made in the context of the whole picture. While many financial relationships begin with a specific product, investment, or transaction, our process starts by understanding the broader picture.  Our planning process considers income, taxes, risk, investments, and long-term goals together, helping clients make thoughtful, coordinated decisions. As fiduciaries, we are legally required to put our clients’ interests first.
